OMEGA TECHNOLOGY develops and manufactures engineered plastic components and systems which in some instances perform certain safety functions, for example in a motor vehicle. An important area of focus are functional engineered components whose product features are of prime importance. However, we also focus heavily on design and surface finishes.

OMEGA TECHNOLOGY mounts and assembles products with metal components and products made from non-metallic materials right through to sales packaging. We manufacture products using more than 1,000 different types of injection moulding tools for components that are used in such applications as suspension pistons, bearing cages for seat adjustment systems, many other components for car seats and much more. Our products can be found in a wide variety of areas in cars produced by every renowned car manufacturer in the world.

We produce plastic components ranging from between 0.5 g to 5,000 g in our state-of-the-art, high-performance machine park.
